Department of Physics is one of the shining department of Govt. College Jukhala District -Bilaspur-HP. It was established in the Year 2016. Welcome to exciting world of Physical Sciences.
This Department aims at imparting quality education to students. Physics is a scientific study of natural forces such as light, sound, heat, electricity, pressure etc. Physics is an important subject as it is one of the fields of knowledge that underlies the physical universe. Its main goal is to understand how the universe behaves. Studying Physics develops scientific temperament and encourages students to innovate in diverse research and technical areas. New ideas in Physics often explain the fundamental mechanisms studied by other sciences and suggest new avenues in other academic disciplines also. Advances in Physics often enables in new technologies.
