About Hindi Department
The department of Hindi was established in 2007. Department is committed to enhance student’s ability to communicate effectively. It enables undergraduates to have better perspective to understand language, literature and multiplicity of cultures. It is combined with references of insightful literary works of various authors, writers and scholars. Students get exposed to the history of literature and various critical theories along with course work which enables them to have better perspective of future. Apart from the academic achievements the department engages in various co-curricular activities. The department annually organized Hindi week during Hindi Diwas to highlight the importance of Hindi language.

To develop a positive outlook towards Hindi language and literature and to familiarize the students with the various modern trends in Hindi literature.
