Botany Department

The Department of Botany is one among the premium academic Departments of the Govt. College Jukhala. The Department came into existence in the year of 2016 with Graduate Course in Botany. The courses offered by the Department are affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University Shimla (H.P.). All these years, the Department has taken strenuous efforts in nurturing and empowering students in achieving their academic goals so as to make students understand ever changing concepts in the field and facilitate specialization in the front line areas for respective opportunities. Department has two dedicated full time faculty members having specializations in Ethno botany, Mycology and Plant Pathology. The Laboratory is well equipped with major instruments.
